Davids was founded in 2015 by Eric David Buss in Temecula Valley, California. Frustrated by the lack of performance in so-called “natural” toothpastes, Buss took matters into his own hands. The name Davids is both his middle name and a nod to the David versus Goliath spirit, symbolizing a small family-run challenger in a space dominated by industry giants.

Buss spent nearly four years researching and developing his formula. With help from his family, he hand-mixed and packaged the first batches at home. That same spirit of care and craftsmanship continues to define the brand today.
